Either make sure you're report produces a csv and register a mime type in oracle apps. Or use web adi.

Uploading data from excel can be done with web adi

I have applied property classes for the TEMPLATE form in the form builder. After deploying it on the server and when i open the form on the 11i apps i am not able to see the fields, i can see only the prompts. Can u pls give me the soln for this.
