QA is most Positive point is :
It is a systamatic process which check quality process of any industry may be its software(ISO,CMM) or any food product(ISI).due to QA end user will assuered about the level of quality about that product.

QA is most Negetive point is :
Too much emphasis given to documentation,some time QA Dept was exusted by mantaining tons of documents....here QA People has to curtle documantation.
