2. Good interpersonal skill to deal with developers in closing bugs
3. Killer attitude in finding bugs.
4. Good judgement in testcase creation.
5. Good temper to deal with slippage and bad coding :)

1.Should not have any emotional attachment to the software.
2.A tester should detect the defects and minimize the risk associated with the residual defects.
3.Tester should think in all directions.as a creater and as a killer.

1. He should have a very good domain knowledge than the developers.
2.He should be in a state to find out the gaps even when they are missed out in requirements for the better product.
3.He should be working for the stability of the product and so should have patience to test each and every part of the application.
