Hi,

I am an MCA guy,with experience 6 years. But I would like mention one thing here.
Even though I have completed my MCA in 2001, till now I am not able to get good job. Till 2006, I worked on different non-software organizations. Presently I am working on big software company on contract basis.

I have a very good technical and communication skills. I am not able to move to permanent positions because of previous companies experiences. What should I do now. My soul and heart always thinking for permanent position. But I am not able to get. Could you please advice me.
