log 0.317=0.3332 and log 0.318=0.3364
then
log 0.319=log0.318+(log0.318-log0.317)
0.3396

See the 3rd  &  4th  digit number is increased by 3 and 2  after decimal point .

0.317=0.3332
0.318=0.3364

Then for 0.319 = 0.3396 (Ans)
