Speak to them Casually without reason in office,
Ask them about their family,
Celebrate Birthdays,
Tell team members about the Team members wedding anniversary,
Buy them small Surprise gifts without reason,
Take them for a movie,
Hold 1-to-1 always at a cofee corner or at a garden walk, For god sake at 1-to-1 Listen, listen and listen then bring solution to their problems
Play games with them TT, BasketBall, Badminton and anything else your team member is interested in!
Once in while send them Junk read mails to keep them off from their work,
Do informal trek programs or any thing else they would be interested in,
Ask them to participate in any event happening in the organization or outside Org,
Speak to them on weekends once in a while, checkout what are their plans
Organize family get together at own or Team members house,
Go pubbing(its no harm to go with your team),
Set expecatations at the beginning for your Team(Work is work and Fun is fun both at Office),
Always try to discuss with them before assigning some work!
