Dear friends I need suggestion from you people.

I Ravinder Panuganti, completed M.Com, working as a junior research associate for a MNC in Hyderabad. Now I want to enter Software field.
As you all aware SAP and Oracle both are leading courses in the market right now. But I am in dilemma regarding which course should I do, and which one will fetch a job very soon. Are companies recruiting freshers or not.

Please provide as soon as possible.
