eleven plus two = twelve plus one 
 
1. the count of each letter in Right Hand Side is equal to that in Left Hand Side. 
 
2. when u rearrange the letters in any one side u will get the other.

it means we have to add 2 letters to the LHS let us take 'TW' and 1 letter to RHS let it be 'N' therefore both will be equal by name
