We currently use Testdirector 7.2 and upgrading to QC 8, will i lose any of the 7.2 Database with Scripts written or will the migrate to QC 8 be ok?

No you will not loose anything.We have also migrated from TD 7.2 to QC 8.0.But don't know the exact process as it was done by our administrator.
