Hi,
I am working as IT recruiter in Bangalore from last 3 years (NIght shifts only). My pay package is 3 lackh per annum
If I change to morning shifts will I get the a salary hike of 30% or the same salary.
Please suggest. My parents want me to get married.

Hello Everybody,I am currently working as a Systems Engineer with a CMMi Level 5 company with few hundreds of strength. Now I have plans to move into Information Security Consultant career in big companies like IBM,ACS, Wipro etc.But, the draw back with me is I DONT HAVE A DEGREE.
