Importance of degree marks for job in Indian IT companies

Is the current degree percentage is enough to get in to the IT job? if so which company prefers only current degree percentage?

as far as i know, i think ALMOST all(if not all) companies look your whole academic performance(NOT CURRENT DEGREE ONLY).But if u have 60% throughout,then it is fine!

I think there are some companies which ask your present degree courses.
Accenture conducted off campus exam at chandigarh,and they asked 60%in B.TEch only.
