I have seen certificate course guidance on Sun ,Microsoft and Oracle but didn't find any topic on IBM certification like AIX UNIX/MQseries will it be posible to post some advice on AIX Certification.???

Hello Everybody,I am currently working as a Systems Engineer with a CMMi Level 5 company with few hundreds of strength. Now I have plans to move into Information Security Consultant career in big companies like IBM,ACS, Wipro etc.But, the draw back with me is I DONT HAVE A DEGREE.
