because the co. i am working in is not interested in .net

yes, i have generally people prefer development to testing.ur case is bit different.

But what i will suggest u is to continue with what u know i.e ASP.net, since it is an excellent field.

Still if u want todo testing then ther are many institutes which teach testing and place u.

but my advice plz try to stick to ASP.net
