SIT stands for System Integration Testing, it is a process of testing the source code developed and fixes some variance before proceeding to the next testing phase.

IST stands for Interconnect Stress Test, it is used to used to evaluate the integrity of the Printed Circuit
Board (PCB) interconnect structure.It is similar to unit testing.
