  I think you have to improve your communication skills, since to be in good company you need to have good communication skills!.Try to improve your english.The only way you can improve is  by speaking more and more in english, probably  with your friends etc.
Try to get placed in small companies first,(probably they may not give so much stress  on communication.),but your learning process should continue.Improving communication is not one day process,you have to constantly work hard.

For Improve the communication skills you read Daily English newspapers & magzines always keep dictionary and search meanings continuesly, Need to talk english with your friends and do not hesitate.

Hi

Try to read a news paper daily at moring 1 hour and search some meanings in dictonary. Try to speack with your friends in english but don't think U don't no any thing. If U have time try to get some seminor CD's and watch carfuly and pratice in your own.   the screat thing in the world is " while speacking to others U think U'R self others don't no any thing but U know the fact U don't know anything (but the  feeling don't express any where).

When I have started my first job , i can't speak English not really well , but everyone could understand what I talked about.  More speaking so more improve your English.

If you have the knowledge then no need to worry. Company demands knowledge + good communication. But knowledge is must against communication. So you will get a good job.
