Help with interview phobia

I have a an interview phobia.I prepared everything for interviews,when i went ther i got tensed.Even last minute i quit from the interview venue b4 attending.Pls help me to overcome this

Just do it casually. Think that u dont want to get selected in this interview. Just think that this is a practice. Be casual.

 Interview phobia is not a disease. Every one is tensed when he /she goes for the interview, and its bit natural too!
Take interviews casually,but do your homework well.With homework what i mean is  that you should prepare well according  to the post you are applying for!
For eg: if you are going for s/w job as fresher,then prepare your subjects well(atleast 2 apart from one programming language).Prepare answers for some HR questions which are generally asked.(you can simply search them.Or feel free to ask me).
Finally, try to gain more and more knowledge about the company, so that you can ask some brilliant questions to the interviewer!(remember study about the company only if you have time)
