How to track down when does exactly Windows based application crashes. I'm testing a windows based application which is an alternative for Web based content management solution. Some times, this application causes system to crash. When crashes I try to reproduce the scenario again, but can not able to reproduce the crash again. Can any one help me in how to reproduce the scenario again in this context.

There is no direct way to reproduce crash. You have to think more logically. There will be any operation with the selected data only that is making the system to crash. So use it randomly and log every case. Then analyase after 2 or 3 crashes. You will get something that is causing the system to crash. All the best.
