Hi

Before started with Dashboard you have to build an Universe using BO Designer and you have to know some of SQL statments .

I think its better to get Training from BO in DashBoard because it's not easy like creating Reports using BO Reporter .

Steps are as follows:
1. Set up the Performance Manager(PM) Repository.
2. At PM home page Add universe available in the repository.
Important Point to take care of is All measures and dimensions should be in Single Class. So do it at Designer level.
3. At PM home page Create calender to associate with the measures.
4. Select Dimensions.
5. Create Metrix using Dimensions and Measures associated with the calenders.
6. In Dashboard Builder select Alalytic.
