Hi iam ammu ramanathan , i am searching for a job in testing, i completed my mca in 2003, i was working in a tech support,right now i want change my career to testing,i couldnt show my tech support exp,nor i cannot go as a fresher,can any one tell me how to find a job in testing.

   I would suggest that you first pursue some course in testing and get some certification so that you can get knowledge about some of the testing tools. Then if you seracvh for your job in your area of interest namely testing you would surely get it in ease.All the best.

Hi,

      If you are trying as a fresher, then forget...better to try as an exp as your year of passing is 2003. so..better prepare a good resume, prepare yourself as per ur resume and then put your resume in some jobsite i.e.  naukri..and start attending interviews. you will surely get the job..dont worry.

Prepare your resume specifying your tech support exp and highlighting your strengths and proficiency in testing area. Though your tech support exp would not count you have to mention it to show what you did till now after you degree. Dont lose hope. Get stregthen yourself in testing field. Apply even for mid sized companies to gain a entry in testing field.All the Best.
