We are facing one problem one of session is aborting after updating 2~3 lakhs records which is taking around 1hr and still there are 2lakhs to update. we are running again this starts updating from scratch of the reocrd.If i use enable recovery option will the record updates from the 200001 or from 1st reocrd and will i save the time by using this option?

You can try merge statement option and give commit for a set range from 1000
