Hi, I am trying to use Loadrunner for testing load on an appln which is developed .net framework 2.0, but loadrunner supports .net framework 1.1. Is there any way by which i will be able to use loadrunner for testing this client-server(windows based) appln. If not can anyone suggest me some other tool for the same.

Hi, Aparna
You can use loadrunner to test application based on .Net framework 2.0 only , if u update your loadrunner software to Feature pack 4 which supports .Net Framework. So, the option you have got to aske your company is to update the loadrunner tool to Loadrunner 8.1 FP4

I have the same problem, would appreciate if you can share your experience in overcoming with this problem, were you able to record your .net 2.0 application using LoadRunner? or did you taken the other route?

Hi Satish, I think you are not correct, I have Feature pack installed on my machine for LoadRunner 8.1 but still I can not record the application which is built on .Net Framework 2.0, can you please justify the answer if you meant to be supporting the .Net Framework or you meant to support .Net Framework 2.0
