Hi Vineesh...

  As you are saying that you are new to QTP and you do not have any idea about automation testing...See no body can make to learn automation testing through these blog site. I recommend you to, if possible to join any good testing institute or go through the help pages in QTP tool as they will give ample idea about QTP.And dont worry QTP is not very hard to learn. Just practice it as much as possible.
