Hi i have done MCM IN 2002 , due to non availability of software job i switched myself in magt job went abroad n got all mangt exp, but now i just want to do software development , currently i am not technically good pls suggest from scratch hw can i brought up myself pls.

Mohan I would say your career in software Developement would be more beneficial. BUt to give a more clear guidance let me know in what area of software development you are in.
