Quality is

        --Reasonably possible bug free

        -- in time

       -- with in the budget

       -- meet all requirements

                 and

       it is maintainable

 Quality:The system meets specified requirements or user needs and expectations.

Reliability means probability of software will not cause any failure with in specified time under specide conditions.

Quality is a very subjective word....

Quality of a product could be different in different levels....

For an Enduser, quality could be a usable and bug free ..

For customer it could be somehign which meets al requirements, bug free, fully functional..

For marketing team, it culd be something which is easy to sell ...

For an organistion it could be something that provides them them maximum profit...

Quality is nothing but psychological feeling of customers.

Software Quality: is divided into 1.Technical factors
                                                    2.Non-Technical Factors

1.Technical factors:Meet customers requirements(functionality)& Expectations(usability)
2.Non-Technical: Cost to purchase & time to release.

Realiabilty: wheather the applications build changes from abnormal state to normal state or not?
