Divide each consecutive no by 2 i.e 1/2 0.5 0.5/2 0.25 0.25/2 0.125 0.125/1 0.0625

the 8th term is 108

Because:

lets take the first three terms:

4 12 6

term 4 -->>> 4 * 3 12
term 5 -->>> 12 * 3 36
term 6 -->>> 6 * 3 18

which turns out to be the next 3 terms.

now using 12 36 18

term 7 12*3 36
term 8 36*3 108
