Hello Friend,Seen your post.But, since you are experienced in 'Oracle PL/SQL Developer', I turned to you for advice.That's why I thought, It will be nice to ask for suggeston through your post, instead of starting a new one.I'll be highly greatful to you if you guide me with few guiding word of experience. I've just completed my studies of Oracle-PL/SQL. I'm overall 4 years experienced, but in 'Technical BPO' field. As of now, I do not have any industrial experience of PL/SQL. But desperately want to excel in this field. I've done my 'Diploma (Electronics & Telecomm Engg)'. My age is 27 years.Please guide me, how to start my new career in PL/SQL, how do I select a PL/SQL project to impress any s/w firm, How do I start looking for jobs as fresher in PL/SQL?
