for an 8-bit memory address memory address : 128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 = 253but this can be divided by 11,the next greatest prime number is 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 1 == 251:

Guys the formula is (2^n)-1 n==>2,4,8,16, bit memory. this gives the max no and by reducing the max no we get largest prime no.
