since two spokes make angle to 15 degree ,

360/15=24

so 24 spokes will make 360

when two spokes cover 15 degree.

Then in 360 degree there will be 24 spokes

 but in the question it is asked how many spokes would be there in the whole car.it's simple 24*4=96 spokes.

ans=96 spokes

360/15=24then,,for one wheel it will be 24*2=48for whole car48*4=192

15 degree is covered by 2 spokes then 360 degree will cover by 48 spokes
  
(2*360)/15

no. of spokes in 1 wheel
360/15=24

no. of spokes in 4 wheels
24*4=96
