hi i think you are using reportnet 1.1 version so it should be older version so you have to change your system date to 2004 after that restart your system ten try it.

Try replacing the jar files from sun wedsite and save the settings...restart the services

replace jar files with latest jar files.where u need to copy is cognos/crn/bin/jar/lib/ext

To resolve the problem replace the cogstartup.xml file with a copy from your backup location.
