RE: There is a circular ring in which there are 12 bla...

the white mice shld be in 13th position...becos on total there are 13 mice so if the cat eats every 12th mice then there is a chance of getting the 12 th position is only twice. And the question is the white mice to be eaten as last...

so first time if the cat eats the 12th mice then the white mice becomes the 12 th mice for the second time.

RE: There is a circular ring in which there are 12 bla...

detailed answer:

the white mouse should be on position 1 and not position 3.

if the cat starts counting frm the 1st then the mice in the 12th position gets eaten 1st and then the counting starts frm the 13th mouse and the 11th mouse gets eaten and so on and so forth and the last mice to be eaten wud the one on the 1st position.

try this draw a circle and with 13 pointers(like a clock diagram) and keep goin on the circle and cross out the 12th pointer

hey guys the answer is 4th position.
The cat must start 4th positon from the white mouse.

draw a 13 pt in a circular fashion. (like clock).

highlight one point as a white mouse. and start counting from the 4th positon and strike every 12th.

Hey,

RE: There is a circular ring in which there are 12 bla...

The mouse should be in 1 first position. 'cause we do not know where the cat starts and it is a circular ring. Consider wherever it starts is the 1 st position.
