Vc Vd---Velocities of C & D.......x-------- is half of the distance......(x-9)/Vd (x+9)/Vc------------------------(Time to reach is equal....)Vc/Vd (x+9)/(x-9)---------------(I)(x-9)/Vc 13.5 and (x+9)/Vd 24 (Times to cover the rem distance...........)then Vc/Vd 24(x-9) / (x+9)13.5------------(II)Equating (I) & (II)(x+9)/(x-9) 16(x-9) / (x+9)9Solve this to getx 63 then Total distance 126..........
