The functionality of the PeopleSoft Finance Modules are not as greatly impacted as the Human Resources modules, to be sure, but many processes within financials stand to benefit by making them more timely and efficient. For example, customers and vendors can be directed to find information regarding vouchers, invoices, and product status via the web instead of costly and time consuming calls to a help desk.
