How do i print the call letter of Infosys?I mean should i print it directly with my account details or paste it to a word document?

like how u are readind ur mail, u have to show that it means we should not copy that into word(any body can do that evev though they dont have original) so save ur original mail and take print outs.

Dont Copy or save into Word document...You just goto File option in the Menu bar and click on Print. It prints the whole page inlcuding the person from whom you got the mail (reference from Infosys) and your mail id which tells you are the receipant of that mail.
