hai friends.I have just been placed at the IBS softsolutions.There are 10 questions with a total of 80 marks all around.The first 36 marks are flow chart questions each carrying 7,5,6marks etc.The other section mainly consists of critical reasoning questions and some of the paragraph questions.My kind advice to all those people is first to attend the questions other than the flowchart questions because it kills the time.the other 44 marks are 2 marks questions and they are very easy to attend.so pls attend those questions and clear the criteria.Then next rounds are technical and HR .I technical since iam from the non it category they just asked me very basic questions in C.But in my subject ece they asked me about the MOSFET,MICROPROCESSOR,DIGITAL ELECTRONICS ,ELECTRONIC DEVICES  AND COMPONENTS etc.since iam relevant with the subject i can easily clear it .In the HR they are very jovial and we chatted for 45 minutes and finally iam the last candidate to leave the room.they announced the results immediately.all the people whocleared the technical from our college were selected.so,it is very easy if you solve some of the flowchart problems befor attending the IBS stay very cool headed .They are mainly looking for the confidence level.If you are confident you will be surely selected.

i got selected in ibs.first round is written test in which they asked flow chart and logical reasoning. the flow chart is some what tough. logical thinking is easy.try to answer logical thinking first.second round is technical round in which they asked from the subjects which u r studying.for eg if u r eee they ask only from ur subject . u have to be good in ur basics.third round is HR in this round they asked generally and some technical questions.some times puzzles also be asked to solve at the spot.be confident. ibs is urs

Hi!

Im doing my sixth sem now and I got placed in IBS. I came to know that IBS is coming for placement only one day before!! I decided to give it a try. I worked on aptitude questions given in Agarwal. There were no flow chart questions

They asked mainly aptitude questions which can be found from the book. Some logical questions. I passed that. Then it was tech interview. They asked about minor project. Few EC questions since i was an EC student

I was shortlisted. Then it was HR round. Asked a simple puzzle and asked some personal questions. I was selected and my six other friends too are there!!
