In Madras, temperature at noon varies
according to -t^2/2 + 8t + 3, where t is elapsed time. Find how much
temperature more or less in 4pm to 9pm. Ans. At 9pm 7.5 more


CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS ... and t steps for solving it

jus substitute t 4 in the equation n u will get 27

next substitute t 9 then u will get 34.5

34.5-27 7.5

integrate it with limits 4 to 9 okay u will get the difference
or
substitute 4 and then 9 u can then use the necessary value
i don know which one is correct

In equestion first put t 9

we will get 34.5...........................(1)

now put t 4

we will get 27..............................(2)

so ans 34.5-27

7.5

change the value 7.5 into percentage


(7.5/27)*100 27 high

Substitute the value given as time i.e. 4 pm and 9 pm in the given equation.
then find the difference
when t 9
-9^2/2 + 8*9+3 34.5

when t 4
- 4^2/2+8*9+3 27

finally

34.5 - 27 7.5 (ans)
