Why vector or arraylist will increse or decrease in when ever objects r added or deleted?

y? as dat is what API says. Wat API sayz clzz must DO.hwo? by storing size & incramamenng + subtracting it.

Since Vector and Array List both are dynamically growable objects whereas Array is basically having fixed size. thats why we can add or delete any no of to Vector or ArrayList.
