fold it in such a way that it is folded 6 times and all those are of equal length and cut it along the joints and get 7 equal parts

| Hi friend upto my knowledge this is the ans. Make sure that the first cut is devide the road in the ratio of 4:3 then join this road in parallel and make second cut to dived the 4 mt road into 2:2 ratio(same time it divide 3 mt road into 2:1 ratio) add then in parallel and make 3rd cut to divede as equal parts with the length of 1 mt.
