This option can restore your system to the earliest choosen date

This option is used to store earlier date of system status,Means it stores the chosen date system registry.

If any error occurs in you OS.. System Restore is used to restore ur system to specified date to remove error.

Its is a kind backup utility,which help when the O/s gets corrupted or we lose our setting of O/s .

Always this should be enabled in windows so that we can restore the latest settings when we face any problems
