I am not sure abt this but I was successful when I did this 2 years ago
Open tnsnames.ora file
take a back up
change the service from dedicated to permanent. I am not sure which one is it

ORCL01
(DESCRIPTION
(ADDRESS_LIST
(ADDRESS (PROTOCOL TCP)(HOST homecomputer)(PORT 1521))
)
(CONNECT_DATA
(SERVER DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME ORCL01)
)

Please check before you proceed !

I have got the following error when importing few of my package bodies and triggers.
