hi,

See 01 level contains file header. so u can't use occurs clause for header file. You can use occurs clause only for table elements.

NO because 01 level is used to identify the records and occurs clause is used to repeat the fields with same length

Occurs clause is repeated occurrences of a field with same format, not for records that's why we can't define
occurs clause in 01 level.
