How to prepare for the IFlex exam. How I have to start, for interview preparation both for technical & HR. And what to do for arithmetic & aptitude & logical resoning. Please reply soon , as my exam on the 26 July Thanks in advance
well I have attended for the i-flex selection procedure held at shreds kerala on 18th march. There was about a1500 people writing the test and from which only 65 got selected for d interview n a selection list of 46 was put up. The basic procedure was a written test 2 tech interviews1 HR interview the test divided two 5 sections 10 questions each .. R.S Aggarwal is enough they basically look at the speed. After the interview i was called up for the interview on the same day. . the first technical was a bit rude on me, he was greatly interested in GK than tech . . few C questions of course. wel if you are keeping some thing as your interested subject, have strong base on it . . the Q' are going to b tough on dat area. I kept networking. then it was about d 2nd tech he was a cool guy, askd all about C the malloc calloc functions . . the file etc . . wel den I cleared to HR and my hr panel was a madam and she asked natural HR Q's like ur likes dislikes strength weak's etc .. later she told me flat that I am selected and I would be working in the Flexcube development etc at b'lorewell I am happy .. I really a matter of keeping up ur confidence level high and communicating well always with dat 70mm smile in your face. .

10th April Bangalore
I appeared for the test
It was little bit on above average side, so focus on it, and try to get in
between
25-30 not below it and not above .. coz they have both upper and lower cutoff
and do not attempt all questions. and also its selection is bit tough so don't
go with hope or any kind of expectation so be prepared..
954 took test and only 23 cleared aptitude and finally 4 selected, so u can
imagine....
Technical they will ask only basic but u have to very precise and correct if you
can study C, C++ and DMBS well and answer properly you are through ...
if you are not computer science student then also prepare these subject...else
they will play with you in tech
I have seen them playing while I was sitting in seminar after getting selected
HR will be taken for those only who clear tech and if you reach till there its
99% sure you are through..

hai preeti, preparing for i-flex isn't a big deal.i know as i got through.its only about basics.for written go through general rs agarwal quanti and reasoning.u should be at your best coz cut offs are sometimes high.for tech it would be better if you are a master at database coz its mainly a database company.remember they only take people who are headstrong in technical questions asked.don't panic and best of luck for i-flex.hope to see u there.
