Management interview clearly means interview by a manager / Group head / Managing Director / Vice President level.

This will often be a 5-10 mins session where u might have to talk about yourself and the skills u bring on board.

Then mostly the person who is interviewing u will talk more than u.  So be empathetic

Yes, but ofcourse, here the  work discussion and the skills  u have will be shown by the interviewee ( like the projects u done so far and the responsibilities u have)..i t may last up to  15 mins some times

Management interview clearly means interview by a manager / Group head / Managing Director / Vice President level.

This will often be a 5-10 mins session where u might have to talk about yourself and the skills u bring on board.

Then mostly the person who is interviewing u will talk more than u.  So be empathetic

Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. This can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought
