    In vessel No,1  mlk:7:12 ,water:5/12

    In vessel No2  mlk:6/17 ,water:11/17

        i.e required ratio 1/2 Where   mlk:1/3 ,water:2/3

               Then 7/12 - 1/3 =1/4(mlk) & 6/17 - 1/3=1/51(mlk)

               Now, 1/4:1/51 =51:4(ans)

 Answer=>  51:4
