Tools menu->Gui map configuration->select the class name->click on config->the config class window appears and shows the status of properties

GUI map is the heart of winrunner. The GUI Map Config tool is used to configure the object to a particular class that may be user defined class or predefined class. If you want to add a new class click on add button in the first dialog box when you click on the GUI config tool. For each user defined it displays as a U before class. After that you map your class to a standard class. In the 2nd dialog box you set the object properties like as Obligatory and optional. By using these properties are captured by winrunner to identify the object and store it into GUI map editor. Please read this alternatively you work on tool then you find this process.

when our application some times build windows consists of more than one similar object.To distinguish these Similar objects, test engineers are using GUI Map configuration

Navigation->Tool menu->GUI MAP configuration ->select similar object type->click configure->select distinguish property as optional->click ok
