Hi all, Could anyone tell me why session fails when running a workflow? I don't see any records being inserted to target table though source table has data. There are sufficient permissions to the user who is running workflow and relational connections are pointing to the correct databases. This whole exercise is taking place on windows xp pro and backend database is oracle 10 EE. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks Kamalnayan

Hi Kamalnayan
You please check the target properties in workflow manager and turn the 'target load type' to normal . By deefault it remains Bulk which might be the cause.
RE: Hi all,Could anyone tell me why session fail...
Hi all
As one of our friend said that due to option that normal loading was selected it is correct but unless if we can't check log file it is difficult to say what it exacly reason for failure kindly make sure where it has been fail and what is reason

Hi Kamal1.check the preview data option in your source in mapping if the data comes to your srce then go for second stepif the data is not previewed check the source DSN2.check username of your source and target then go toworkflow manager and check the sessions by double clicking itafter tht go to mappings tab check the srce connection name if it differs there then modify similarly for target second
