If we run a script in winrunner and let it test the applicataion which will take several hours to test. but in the mean time if my system gets disconnected from the server do i need to re- run the test or we can run from where it got discoonected?

If you are testing any test case it should be saved every module or line what ever it may be..otherwise we start right from the scratch.
