RE: What is difference between Defect Age & Build Inte...

As per my knowledge,

Defect age is time of introduction of defect to time of detection.suppose there is defect which has been there in build 6.1074 and detected in 6.1078 build means last four build it has been there but it has been not been detected.

build interval period is time between two different released builds to testers by devlopers
