Values can be passed from one JCL to another thru files, a file is created in one job and is passed to the other job.

1.how to pass values from one jcl to another jcl, if how ?
as per previous poster you can communicate through datasets.

3.how to access jcl from cobol?
You can invoke JCL as an entity of a database

4.how to display comp fields?

move them to display numeric format and than display.
