I have completed my M.C.A from ignou in n2005. i am working with NIIT as a faculty.how should i made my resume for development job

you have three option

1) Apply in all gian company as fresher becuase they can consider you as fresher as you are 2005 passed out

2) go ahead with only development resume and join any B grade company for a year or two and get some real develoment exp

3) join some specific certification course like SAP ABAP , sieble, people soft, navegn , oracle 11i and go ahead

If you have done any kind of project (development) or work as guide in any project or teach programming languages or any thing related. Then write that although you are working as faculty but your practical job is more related to programing and also write the skills in development. I hope you will definitely get chance to prove your quality. All the best.
