What effect would making a change to the EMPLID field in the above project have?

. Changes would occur globally; meaning the field is changed everywhere else in the database.

Emplid is the key field to base tables(key field for tables like personal_data,job,employment table). If we make changes to this field it effects the table having the key field emplid.
